The Good: * Application support for all kinds of devices and platforms (including web) * Affordable and they offer discounts. You could forgive some of this if it was free, but as a paid service and not a cheap one, it is just rubbish. I'm sure there is a way, but they've made such a frustrating app and horrible experience of it that I just want to give up and die. I still can't find any obvious way to contact any actual support. The support is non existent, they have gone the recent trend of companies that don't give a crap and made a website which takes twenty minutes for you to find the help, then to find out it's just a community of users who are supposed to help and no actual support. So I can make a playlist on PC but if I try to play it through my phone to a speaker it won't play any local files making it pretty much useless. Even if I could get my local files to play, for some insane reason the spotify app does not allow you to play local files to a wireless speaker. There are threads about this on the community support, which remain unsolved and unaddressed. Since reinstalling spotify I can't add any local files because it has a clear demonstrable memory leak when trying to read a new source folder and just crashes. Why have they made it so hard to add and manage your local files? You couldn't even search through them until recently. As a premium member I expected to be able to use it in this way but they seem to have designed it so badly you can't.

Frustrating, essentially useless, they don't care.
